We deliver premium, eco-friendly kitchenware worldwide. Because our products use durable materials (titanium, stainless steel, bamboo), they’re naturally heavier than typical kitchen items. To keep pricing fair and our footprint low, we use an eco-tiered, weight-based system.

Eco Standard Shipping

  • Transit: 10–15 business days (country dependent)
  • Carriers: YunExpress / local postal partner
  • Includes: Tracking & delivery confirmation
  • Best for: Most orders ≤ 5 kg

Eco Express Shipping

  • Transit: 3–7 business days
  • Carriers: UPS Saver / UPS Expedited / DHL eCommerce
  • Pricing: Calculated by parcel weight & zone
  • Best for: Gifts & time-sensitive orders ≤ 5 kg

Weight-Based Shipping Thresholds

Shipping is calculated on the total parcel weight at checkout. Examples below are indicative:

> 5.00 Oversize Tier ≈ $9999 (freight safeguard) We recommend splitting into multiple orders for the best total cost, and you will not be able to checkout when you see this amount on the Shipping line item.

Eco-Shipping Standard: We ship parcels up to 5 kg to stay within eco-efficient carrier brackets. Above this, carriers may apply surcharges, so costs increase.

Order Splitting (Save on Shipping)

  1. Keep each order ≤ 5 kg. Example: 2 titanium boards (≈3.4 kg) + 1 fresh box (≈1 kg) is ideal.
  2. Split larger purchases. If your cart exceeds 5 kg, placing two smaller orders typically lowers total shipping.
  3. Friendly reminder. Our store displays a popup when a cart goes above 5 kg, so you can adjust before checkout.
  4. Oversize safeguard. You may see a temporary “Oversize Freight” rate at high weights to prevent accidental costly shipments.
