Track your Eco Kitchen Co order from warehouse to doorstep. Real-time tracking improves transparency and peace of mind throughout your delivery journey.

Tip: Keep your order confirmation email handy — it includes your order number and, once shipped, your tracking number.

How Tracking Works

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your items leave our warehouse, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link/number. Most carriers display the parcel’s latest scan, current location, estimated delivery date, and any exceptions.

  • Any delays or delivery attempts

Step-by-Step: Track Your Order

  1. Locate your tracking number
    Find it in your Shipping Confirmation email or your store account’s Order History.
  2. Open the tracking page
    Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier’s site and choose “Track a package”.
  3. Enter the tracking number
    Paste the number into the carrier’s tracking field for live status updates.
  4. Monitor updates
    Check back as the parcel moves through sorting facilities toward delivery.

Update Frequency & Delays

Tracking can take several hours to populate after the label is created. Some checkpoints only appear after the first carrier scan. During peak seasons or customs clearance, updates may be less frequent.

Heads up: If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48–72 hours, it usually means the parcel is between hubs or awaiting the next scan. If it exceeds this window, contact us so we can check with the carrier.

Email & SMS Notifications

You’ll receive key milestone emails (shipped, out for delivery, delivered). If you opt in to SMS at checkout, we’ll send text alerts for faster updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

FAQs

My tracking link doesn’t work — what should I do?

Wait 6–12 hours and try again — the carrier may not have scanned the parcel yet. If it still fails after 24 hours, forward your order email to support@eco-kitchen-co.com.

The ETA passed but my order hasn’t arrived.

ETAs are estimates. Check for a delivery attempt notice or pickup point. If there’s no update within 48 hours of a missed ETA, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Status shows delivered, but I can’t find the package.

Check with household members and neighbors, and look around safe-drop areas. If still missing after 24 hours, email us so we can open a trace with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after shipping?

Some carriers allow mid-route changes or pickup-point redirects. Contact us promptly with your order number to see available options.
